Facility Management

This service focuses on dedicated property care and preventative maintenance, ensuring that your property is well looked after and all facilities are fully functional at all times.  After an initial appraisal we will provide you with a report on your facilities which, where necessary, will include recommendatory advice on improvements.  We will then arrange for the best maintenance and servicing* for your property as well as assigning a Quality Assurance Manager who will carry out regular inspections to ensure everything is to the standard you would expect.
